  • Obama On Government: Results Bigger Than Size
President Obama wants to shift the political debate away from big versus small government and toward a discussion of whether or not the government works. Proving effectiveness requires more transparency, and the administration has used online tools to do that, but many Americans still await results.
  • Chicago Mayor Daley Won't Run For Re-Election
The 68-year-old Democrat has been mayor since 1989. He announced the decision Tuesday, saying it was "a personal decision, no more, no less."
  • Chicago Mayor Daley Won't Seek Re-Election
After more than 20 years in office, Chicago Mayor Richard Daley says he's not running for re-election. If Daley finishes his current term, he will have held the post longer than even his father, Richard J. Daley, who died in office after serving 21 years.
  • ABC News Chief Quits

A pastor in Gainesville, Fla., says he will not back off plans to burn Korans on Saturday to commemorate the anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. The top commander in Afghanistan, Gen. • New York Tribal Cigarette Sales Under Fire
New York has the highest cigarette tax in the nation, but about a third of the cigarettes sold in the state aren't taxed because they're purchased online or at smoke shops run by American Indians. The state now hopes to collect sales tax on cigarettes sold to non-natives on tribal lands.
  • Marine Scientists Seek Standards For Spill Research
Much of the scientific effort that has followed the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico has focused on how much oil escaped and where it's gone. But many biologists say they're puzzled by the lack of an organized research effort to measure the damage.
  • Hating On The President: A Great American Pastime

Her father, 25-year-old Charles Jones, told The Detroit News he had just gone to bed early Sunday after covering his daughter with her favorite Disney princess blanket when he heard a flash grenade followed by a gunshot. When he rushed into the living room, he said, police forced him to lie on the ground, with his face in his daughter's blood. Read more

Leap Year

There are 24.015924 hours in a day!!

if you sleep for 8 hours (if your lucky) you would sleep 121.6 days away a year,
9733.3 days away if you live to the age of 80,
that means you would sleep 26.6 years away of your life.

But there is good news, Leap Year, every 4 years we have leap year to make up for the 23.25108 hours we add up over that 4 year span, that means you get 0.764844 of an hour extra every 4 years, and that adds up to 15.29688 of extra hours in your life time, That's yours no one can take it away from you, use it wisely :)
